HVAC Installation Technician
Description:
HVAC Installation Technician
· Location: Milwaukee, WI
· Department: Installer
· Pay: Earn Up To $100k Per Year!
Primary Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated HVAC Installer Technician to join our company. As our Install technician, you will be responsible for the installation of residential areas. Technicians will travel to various service calls throughout the day. You will be interacting with customers daily throughout our service areas.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our company.
Responsibilities:
Install HVAC Installation jobs as needed.
Handle customer complaints pertaining to installs
Complete quality control checks after every one of your installs
Train apprentices as needed
Maintain great customer and employee relations
Maintain an amazing company culture with all team members
Encourage and motivate all team members
Train and develop all new apprentices as assigned
Maintain agreed upon install KPI’s
Requirements:
2 years minimum of residential install
Valid drivers license no DUI convictions past 7 years
EPA type II or Universal Certification Required
Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, gas leak testing and repair
Skilled in sheet metal fabrication
Must pass a background check and drug test
Strong verbal communicator
An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
Working Conditions:
The HVAC Installer Lead is a key position in the company. This is a working position in the field.
The HVAC Install Lead must be able to effectively work with customers, service technicians, installers, sales people, office staff, venders and other department managers in the company including owners.
The HVAC Lead Installer may be the first line of contact with the customer. The person in this position must display a positive attitude with a lead by example thought process.
The HVAC Lead Installer must be cleanly dressed per company policy.
The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for the installing all HVAC equipment in a timely manner with quality & integrity always at the top of mind.
You will hold yourself and your team accountable for hitting the daily, monthly and yearly goals required of your truck.
