Dispatcher

· Location: Milwaukee, WI

· Department: Dispatch

· Pay: $30K- $60K per year

Primary Purpose:


We are looking for motivated Dispatchers to join our company. As our Dispatcher, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Dispatchers will answer all service calls throughout the day. You will be interacting with customers daily throughout our service areas.


To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our company.



Responsibilities:


  • The Dispatcher reports to the Operations Manager.


  • Dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.


  • Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window and re-scheduling the time at the client’s convenience.


  • Communicate with the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to help arrange efficient delivery of parts to the technicians.


  • Strictly adhere to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule, to ensure the “Right” technician is sent to the “Right” appointment.


  • Debrief technicians after each call and insist that all employees collect payment immediately after each job is completed.


  • Follow up with the customer making a Happy Call for each job that gets completed for the day.


  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on any open estimates that are located in the follow up tab in Service Titan.


  • Take incoming calls as the second in line for over flow calls using the company procedures on booking a call.


  • Follow and work by the company Code of Ethic and Team Expectations. See handbook and code of conduct.


  • Technician packets are packed and ready for the next day.


  • Thank you cards for hvac sold estimates are filled out and ready for mailing.


  • Office is cleaned daily.


  • Lock up the office at night


Requirements:


  • 1 year minimum of inbound/outbound call taking


  • Fluent with outbound sales calls


  • Experience with Service Titan a plus


  • A strong ability to prioritize


  • A self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team


  • Enjoys a busy environment


  • Excellent communication skills
